The 15-minute promise and how delivery works.

The promise

Fifteen minutes from your confirmation text to your door, to any address we can reach by road. If we are late, delivery is free that night and on your next order.

Exceptions

Severe weather, road closures, police activity and incorrect addresses pause the promise; we tell you by text and give a new estimate before baking.

At the door

Drivers text on arrival. For contactless delivery, add “leave at door” in the notes; the driver waits for a reply or leaves the pizza at the address given.
